At Kayla's Wildflower Stitches, all sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in crafting and packaging every item, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

For custom orders, all sales are final and non-refundable, as each piece is made specifically for you.
